Cancellation Policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY — LUX VACATIONS / LUXURY HOME AWAY FROM HOME REFUNDS: • Services booked within 30 days of the service date: No refund. All sales are final once the service window is within 30 days. • Services scheduled 6–12 months in advance: A 30% refund of the total service fee is available if cancellation is submitted no later than 90 days before the scheduled service date. No refund is issued for cancellations made less than 90 days before the service date. • Deposits are non-refundable in all cases. CANCELLATIONS: • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Verbal or social media cancellations are not accepted. • Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours (4,320 minutes) before your scheduled session to be eligible for rescheduling credit. RESCHEDULING: • You may reschedule your session at no charge if the request is received at least 72 hours before the scheduled session. • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may only be used once per booking. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES: • Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a violation of this policy. By booking, you agree to contact us directly before disputing a charge. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
