Cancellation Policy
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY — LUX VACATIONS / LUXURY HOME AWAY FROM HOME REFUNDS: • Services booked within 30 days of the service date: No refund. All sales are final. • Services scheduled 6–12 months in advance: A 30% refund of the total service fee is available if cancellation is submitted no later than 90 days before the scheduled service date. • Deposits are non-refundable in all cases. CANCELLATIONS: • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or direct message. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. • A $10 cancellation fee applies to any cancellation made less than 72 hours before your scheduled service. • This fee is non-refundable and will be collected automatically. RESCHEDULING: • Rescheduling is available for appointment-based services with at least 72 hours' notice. BOOKING WINDOW: • Bookings must be made at least 30 minutes before the scheduled session. • Sessions cannot be booked more than 72 hours (4,320 minutes) in advance under this policy. By completing your booking, you agree to all terms above.
